Before The Redevelopment
The property was a dark retail box with rights over a majority of the shopping center's parking spaces, outdated utilities, and years of deferred maintenance.
What We Did
Secured a special-use permit, TIF incentives, amended the shopping center's REA and subdivided the property to obtain a new tax parcel. Completed the conversion in under six months.
