Improving a Full Block of Blighted Industrial Space
Project Overview
Two adjacent industrial buildings totaling 160,000 SF, the site required extensive environmental remediation and infrastructure upgrades. Created climate controlled storage, vehicle storage, and commercial units with dedicated power and lighting.
Before The Redevelopment
Both buildings sat vacant for years, with leaking roofs, contaminated soils, damaged underground pipes, and obsolete mechanicals.
What We Did
Received a No Further Remediation from the IEPA, upgraded utilities and site infrastructure and successfully changed 13th Ave to a two-way road for optimal operations.
