Project Overview
Turned a 45,000 SF single-story warehouse in Chicago's Lakeview neighborhood into a three-story, 130,000 SF climate-controlled self-storage facility.
Before The Redevelopment
The warehouse consisted of a concrete slab of inadequate structural capacity, was limited in clear height with several roof sections added over time.
What We Did
Removed the existing roof systems, reinforced foundations and CMU walls, added a fire wall and erected a steel frame to support three stories of storage.
