Project Overview
Acquired a 57,500 SF single-story printing press in Northfield, IL and converted it into a 105,000 SF two-story self-storage facility.
Before The Redevelopment
The previous home of The Pioneer Press, the warehouse was vacant and lacked modern systems.
What We Did
Secured a special-use permit from the municipality to allow self-storage, installed a mezzanine within the existing shell to accommodate two floors, demised the space to create a fully interior drive-through loading area.
